Dr. Melissa Magnotta
I have over 13 years of experience as a veterinarian, specializing in general medicine, surgery, community, and shelter medicine. I am certified in Fear Free practices, which prioritize your pet's emotional and mental well-being, ensuring that procedures like nail trims, vaccinations, and blood draws do not hinder their access to quality care. Additionally, as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Veterinarian, I focus on supporting both animals and their owners during life's final stages, aiming to enhance comfort and create more joyful moments together.
I am committed to ongoing education and community service, recently volunteering a week in the Dominican Republic to provide free surgical and medical care. I also collaborate with rescues, municipal shelters, and individuals experiencing homelessness to offer veterinary services.
I graduated from Oklahoma State University for veterinary school and earned my undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University.

Our Mission
Personalized Attention: I dedicate time to genuinely listen to your concerns and learn about your pet's life story, knowing them beyond their disease
Stress-Free Home Visits: By offering veterinary care in the comfort of your home, I reduce the anxiety and fear often linked to traditional vet clinics, providing a more peaceful experience for your pet.
Affordable, High-Quality Care: Quality veterinary care should be accessible. I aim to provide comprehensive services that are affordable, ensuring every pet receives the care they deserve without financial burden.
